Take a look.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And nothing from the NJSPCA, whose &#8220;president&#8221; has publicly declared &#8220;we&#8217;re not the shelter police.&#8221;\u00a0 They&#8217;re not ANY kind of &#8220;police&#8221; in fact.<\/p>\n<p>Shameful.
